"Okushiga Snow Base"は、私の申し込み内容に基づいて、S-B-Bビンディング調整システムに則りビンディングを調整したことを承知しました。"Okushiga Snow Base" has adjusted the binding conforming to the S-B-B binding adjustment system according to my application details. 2. 私は、スキー・スノーボードは危険を伴うスポーツであり、レンタルする製品の使用には、怪我等の事故の危険性を伴う事を認識しています。I fully understand and acknowledge that ski and snowboarding are the sports contain some danger and there are the risks of the accident and/or the injury in use of the Rental equipment. 3. 私がレンタルする製品の選択、私自身の意思による調整に起因する事故ならびに使用上の不注意を原因とする事故において、また、回避できない限界上の要因による事故等に関連して発生する、使用者自身あるいは第三者の身体、財物に対する損傷、損害について、私はショップ又はその経営者や従業員に対しその責任を問いません。I will NOT pursue any responsibility of the Rental shop, the management or its employees in case of any accidents and/or damages to the user, third party and/or its property, caused by the rental equipment of my choice, the binding adjustment by my instruction and/or carelessness in use of the equipment. 4. レンタル用具は責任をもって返却します。I will return the Rental equipment with full responsibility. 5. 私はレンタル申し込みにおいて上記のことを確認し、同意のうえ署名します。 I confirm and agree to the above upon signing the rental application.
